I am a certified Martha Beck Life Coach and Relational Dynamics Coach (aka Adult Child coach), dedicated to helping clients who had an especially challenging childhood and as a result grapple with a unique set of difficulties in their adult life. Although this is my main area of focus I am not limited to working with Adult Children. The work I do can help anyone improve their life.
I love helping my clients find passion, purpose and meaning in their lives. Dennis, Sheila and Matthew Linn put it so eloquently in their book, “Healing the Purpose of your Life”, encouraging us to ask ourselves, “What is the unique way in which I was created to give and receive love on this earth?”
